For security reasons, we are unable to transfer your old password to the new website. If you already have a login with the previous Astro site you will have received an email with a temporary password to log in to the new website. If you haven't received this, please contact our client experience team and they will be able to resend this to your email address and assist you further.
To view pricing and start ordering you must have an approved account with Astro Hospitality. As we are accommodation specialists, only accounts in this industry will be approved. You will be notified once your account is approved and ready to use, once logged in you will be able to view your pricing and order online.
All orders placed before 4:00 pm are usually despatched the same day, under normal circumstances. Any order received after this will be despatched the next working day. Please contact us if your order is time critical and we'll endeavour to include this in our same day despatch schedule.
We offer FREE 2-3 day standard delivery service to all major towns and cities in NZ on all online orders. An overnight courier service is available for any urgent orders, please contact us to request the price.
We have both credit card and internet banking available for online payment. If you have an account set up with Astro Hospitality Ltd. you can charge directly to your trade account.
We do not have a minimum order for free freight if your order is placed online.

Yes, we believe that it's important to try the product yourself before offering it to your guests.
