Support I get to chat to our customers and find ways that we can help

In my role here at Astro as Marketing Coordinator/ I have a passion for ensuring that every customer is getting the
ultimate experience when dealing with Astro. I ensure this happens by
providing you as the customer with all product information the you may
need, from updating the website to collating new product catalogues. By
being part of the customer support team I love to help and assist you to
make your life easier and more enjoyable through dealing with Astro!
Operations Manager, it is my responsibility to ensure our 2000 products are in
stock for our customers and the operations of Astro runs smoothly. I know how
important it is to our customers to have all their items for their guests. It
really gives me a buzz to keep in touch with our customers, creating long-term
positive relationships and making a difference in our customers lives.

Knowing my customers are happy gives me such satisfaction, I come to work every day to successfully fill their orders, find answers to their queries, find solutions to their problems, to understand their wants and needs and to chat with them!

My role here at Astro in outwards goods is to fulfill the customers’
needs by picking and packing their orders. I take pride in my work and
enjoy being able to put smiles on the customers faces by ensuring that
all orders are correct and leave our warehouse the same day and do all I
can to make sure the products arrive intact. Of course I enjoy making
sure you get your lollies with every order too!
