Hot Stuff Hot Plate & Griddle Cleaner is a ready-to-use, non-caustic cleaning solution designed to remove carbon, burnt-on food, grease, and oils from hot plates, griddles, cooking irons, and food presses. Its no-rinse formulation provides significant health and safety advantages while delivering fast and effective results on steel and stainless steel surfaces.

Directions for Use:

• Remove loose heavy soiling using a cooking scraper before application
• Ensure hot plate is heated to approximately 180°C (350°F)
• Clean large hot plates one section at a time
• Apply liberally using a correctly labelled squirt bottle with flip cap
• Spread evenly using a steel scraper or blade
• Allow product to activate and bubble, continuing to scrape
• Use a griddle pad with holder for heavily burnt-on surfaces
• After 1–2 minutes, scrape surfaces clean
• White vinegar or lemon juice may assist with final residue removal
• Finish by wiping with a wet or damp cloth
• Surfaces do not require rinsing before cooking
• Regularly empty plate containment
