Wizzard rapidly cuts into fat and oil, leaving cooking equipment clean. Breaks down heavy food soiling and cooking build-up to leave pots, pans,
utensils, oven tops and equipment looking new. Although designed to be used neat, Wizzard can also be diluted or foamed through automatic control equipment for cleaning large plant areas. Also great for use neat on smokehouse doors and other built-up carbon areas.

DIRECTIONS:
Before use, all edible product and packaging material must be removed from the room. After using this compound, food surfaces must be thoroughly rinsed with potable water before production starts.
Spray or brush undiluted on hard-surfaces to be cleaned, with care to minimise atomised product. Leave for a few minutes. Repeat if required and/or brush-agitate until the soiling is fully removed.
