How to Enjoy:

• Place a Relax Peppermint Tea Bag in a cup
• Add boiling water

• For peppermint iced tea, brew a cup of hot tea as outlined above. Add a few ice cubes to cool the tea down before placing it in the fridge for at least an hour. Remove the tea bag before savoring the refreshing and healthy iced tea.
